The Coryell County Citizen Corps Council is a non-profit organization. 501(3)c status has been applied for and we are waiting determination by the IRS, and we foresee no problems with this at all. Every penny that we take in goes directly for our programs. This is due to our volunteers, who give freely of their time and skills. We hope to reimburse volunteers for milage and per diem, but thus far have been unable to do so.
Our needs are many, and there are many ways that you could assist in meeting them. Cash or check donations are nice, because we can apply them as we need them, but we also have particular materials that you may purchase as well, if you are uncomfortable donating funds.
